Some Things You Can Do To Grow Taller
• Visualize being taller before you go to sleep each night.
• Make sure to Sleep the right way. Don’t sleep 12 hours one night, then sleep 5 hours the next. That’ll get you nowhere. 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night is the best way.
• Make sure you have a comfortable mattress. If you wake up with aches and pains frequently, you may need to get a new mattress. Talk to your family about it.

• Try to keep meals at regular intervals, and don’t starve yourself for many hours at a time.
• Eat a balanced diet: whole grains, vegetables and fruits, proteins, and the occasional bit of sugar or fat.
• Eat more protein than carbs- protein is the building block of all living things.
• Stay away from junk food.
• Keep everything in order, the right sleep, the right health, the right eating, the right lifestyle and you will be in process of growing.
• There are very true stories about late bloomers (Dr. J grew 6 inches in college!).
• Sprinting produces the growth hormone in your brain- notice that Bolt has really long legs…. and he’s an Olympic sprinter.
